Tucson – Pima Medical Institute Hires Leadership Coach And Teambuilding Expert As Campus Director
Don Esham’s expertise coaching business owners, professionals and managers in leadership skills training, teambuilding, as well as improving communication efforts proved to be successful in his own career direction as Pima Medical Institute, 3350 E. Grant Road, Suite 200 in Tucson recently named him as the new Campus Director for the Tucson medical career college.
Esham, formerly a Leadership Coach with Leadership Dimensions, has an extensive background in team building, leadership training and self-management skills. He served as a student placement specialist for Pima Community College as well as a compensation manager for the Tucson Medical Center. He earned a B.S. degree in public management from the University of Arizona and is scheduled to complete a M.A. in Biblical Leadership from Phoenix Seminary in December 2006.
